For one nobody in the Narutoverse can see the Espada so the Espada will kill them all without the Narutoverse realizing it.Second reiatsu can actually kill people as shown with characters like Coyote Starrk and Aizen,so all the Espada have to do is release their reiatsu and it would kill everybody in the Narutoverse.

So in conclusion even the weakest Espada can solo the entire Narutoverse without breaking a sweat.

This isn't true. Arronniero was pretty much a fodder. He wasn't that fast or strong. Rukia soloed him.

Well Rukia is pretty strong.But like I said before nobody in the Narutoverse can deal with any of the Bleach characters unless they have a way of seeing and touching spiritual beings and so far only Reaper Death Seal allows one to see a spiritual being.And that jutsu won't do squat against any of the non human characters in Bleach.

Well IMO the chakra in Naruto is equivalent with the reiatsu in Bleach. In BU those humans who have strong reiatsu can see the shinigmis, they can touch them, etc.

civilians = regular humans ( those who can't see the shinigamis. in the NU their chakra is weak, they can't use ninjutsu )
gennin = regular shinigami
chuunin = 3rd seat - 20th seat
jounins = lieutenant
kages = captains

So the ninjas can see them IMO.

Chakra is'nt the same as reiatsu, chakra can't erase someone out of existence just by being near them like Aizen did to that random spirit when he fused with the Hogyoku.Nor can it make people panic and cause a change in atmosphere like Ichigo,Aizen,Kenpachi Zaraki,Yamamoto and many others.And the Bleach characters are on a whole different level than the Naruto characters, this would be like comparing DBZ and Naruto which many people do but don't realize there is a massive difference in power scale.
