I don't like it, but it can't be denied that it's gonna happen. It would kinda suck if he lives and gets accepted into the village with no reparations being that he basically formed the akatsuki, controlled a mizukage, let the kyuubi loose on konoha, and led to the deaths of many, including the 4th hokage, declared a war on the villages, and awakened the juubi. So I'm hoping Derp's right on him not surviving the war, because if he lives, he would be accepted with no punishment

Excellent theory, well constructed and contains great research and comparision of characters =D

I enjoyed reading it a lot because it makes sense and is logical. There is very high probability that Kishi will do that =D

However I don't like this idea personally . Evil side in this war is already very thin in compare to Alliance Shinobi Army:'(. If even Obito leave evil side, then only Madara and Juubi will be left.

Idk about Madara, maybe Hashirama will talk no jutsu him to return to good side or disappearing

However Juubi will become perfect, absorb Gyuuki and Kurama, then maybe after seeing Alliance efforts (even although Naruto and Killer bee will be dead, lost hope) Juubi will see huge change in humankind, no corruption, no hate and besides that everyone united to work together for their Greater good. There is only way I see Juubi to forgive humankind or give them second chance as it walks away or dissapear with giving them last warning before walking away.

This warning would: 'Know my mercy. I give you humans second chance to live in peace and don't destory nature. However !!, If it reapear and hate, corruption and another bad emotions return then I will defnitely destroy humans and this time noone will be able to stop me"

This is basically a forgone certainty. We will probably see the full extent of his power too as well when taking down Madara.

Another thing people need to note; Madara has the power of a god. He will obviously be defeated since well even the power of a god pales in comparison to an obscene amount of Demi-Gods. But even with him defeated, the JUUBI IS STILL THE BIGGEST THREAT. No one will know how to defeat it.

People should realize a "cop out" by obito that would lead to Madara's sealing isn't as bad as it seems because we will see what it takes to take down the Juubi.

Pretty much XD! Once Kakashi and Obito left...I mean we are obviously going to know what happened to Rin...well before she took a Chidori to the Heart.

Madara threw on the Rape Face so we finally have a villain that seems to pretty much be a psychopath (Orochimaru seems to have turned on us...that snake)!

Especially with the Left and Right eye part. My guess is one of two things.

1) Obito is still fighting Kakashi, but decides at the last minute to not attack, and so he is chidori'd to the heart (Practically just like Naruto vs Sasuke VoTE)....then he gives Kakashi his other Sharingan because, "The full power of the Sharingan is awakened when both eyes are together."

2) Obito is "Talk no Jutsu'd" and he exits from Alternate dimention with Kakshi....he probably sacrifices himself to protect someone or to take out the Juubi (hard to say because it seems like his final act would be to just absorb the Juubi....but at the same time I believe Naruto will somehow free the Bijuu from it..I find it unlikely we learned their names for no reason).

I partially agree. I also believe that he will redeem himself, since he just is that type of character, but I don't know if I agree about the timing. Though it fits perfectly for him to turn good again while fighting/talking with Kakashi, I feel like he needs to be villain until the war is nearly over. Madara and the Juubi vs the Shinobi Alliance, Edo Hokages and all that, it's just too much. Kishi killed off too many edos in the war, imo.

There is a huge gaping flaw in your logic, Madara needs Obito alive in order to be resurrected. Plus the whole Infinite Tsukuyomi hinges on Obito. In order for the Eye of the Moon Plan to be implemented Obito must either become the Jinchuriki or Revive Madara.

So if Obito is TNJ now then the bad guys plan goes down the toilet way to early, plus we have a whole year of manga left. And with the Hokages coming to the battlefield we are running out of bad guys.

Currently we only have three (not counting Oro), Obito, Madara, and Ten tails. If Obito turns we are going to run out of bad guys.

My theory is that Obito kills Kakashi but is severely injured in the process and the talk leaves Obito confused.

Obito gets TNJ by Naruto later on in the manga, and Kakashi's death plays a part in Obito's decision to turn (he feels guilty when he learns how much Kakashi respected him before now).

Well yeah Obito obviously won't survive, but Kishi has been killing the older generation off, and Kakashi really doesn't really have much of a plot purpose anymore besides his connection to Obito.

Plus with how much effort Obito put into the Eye of the Moon Plan makes me think he won't be TNJ easily.

And like I said before, we are running out of bad guys and still have a year of manga to go.

We also haven't seen his interaction with a lot of other characters such as Minato and Sasuke. And I doubt either conversation goes well.
