Sasuke is one of the fastest characters in Naruto just because he has adopted a new fighting style does'nt mean he is'nt fast.

Rephrase your thread, for the love of GOD! It should be, "Why was Sasuke only fast against Gaara?" Shame on you. Already answered by other members. I'll add to it. Sasuke effortlessly dodged V1 A and could keep up with V1 Bee despite being severly injured from his fight. He's one of the fastest Ninjas at Base Speed without any enhancements. Where on the other hand, both A and Bee used abilities to fight; A his V1 RAiton Armour and Bee his Cloak. At Base Speed without any abilities Sasuke is top 3-5 easily.
