We actually dont know anything about sasuke's new powerup last fight where he
did some real work was at danzo's place

during the itachi fight he showed he could get it pretty big but itachi stopped his like midway so he's probably close to kyubi sized katons now

I don't think so. It looks like fire is Madara's and Obito's natures are fire. Sasuke's is lightning and Itachi was more of a genjutsu type. And of course there is amaterasu

Yes. Sasuke does master anything in a god level.

Katon is such a common and low level technique.it cannot be upgrated to such a great extent.no matter who the user is.
However sasuke has amatrasu so there is no need for katon.
