Zabuza lost the will to fight after Haku's death. Kakashi can still fight if he doesn't have the Sharingan, but his Raikiri will become incomplete.

Since when is Haku innocent? He was a Missing-Nin
He also didn't "make" Obito do anything...Madara was manipulating him.

Dude, are you serious? Sure Kakashi had Zabuza trapped with Fanged Pursuit, but Zabuza lost the will to fight after Naruto pulled his first Talk-No-Jutsu. He died from his wounds against the thugs. Reread the manga.

Kakashi VS Sasuke could've gone either way on top of it. Kamui cant be counted because he had garbage control over it as seen in Deidara VS Kakashi, and Sasuke had already killed Orochimaru....Remember when Kakashi met Orochimaru? Kakashi was left shaking and scared because he thought he was going to die.

I love Kakashi but you need to be reasonable.

I doubt Hako was so innocent. I bet he killed several people. Furthermore, Kakashi is a ninja. They usually kill.
About the Rin incident, we can't know Kakashi's reasons. Maybe Rin was a spy, or someone used a genjutsu on Kakshi. Who knows.

Nope. MS Sasuke surpassed Kakashi.

Overall Kakashi is stronger, and I believe he can take down Guy in a serious fight.

I'd put him somewhere between 15 and 20. Before the war he was barely top 25 though.

Zabuza's biggest weapon is the mist. Kakashi can counter it without the Sharingan. So Kakashi > Zabuza.

After zabuza managed to get a hit on kakashi, kakashi's blood's scent was on zabuza. Then all kakashi had to do was use his ninja hounds and locate him.
kakashi can win without sharingan in that fight, but it would be difficult to win.

Haku wasn't really innocent since he assissted zabuza and was classified as criminal by his own village.
As for rin, she is most likely a spy from other village, its still a mystery ,why kakashi killed rin but for now that is my best guess.

Obito would have entered the fight anyway and kakashi had no chance of killing sasuke and obito at same time.

Kakashi has been shown to be more skilled than gai, but still gai is better than him at taijutsu. Except that kakashi beats him in every thing else.

Wha? Kakashi came to help naruto and not the other way around.
Kakashi without kyuubi chakra is easily top 15 and with kyuubi chakra, its top 10.
