Oh yeah, what about Frill-Necked Lizard? It's a genjutsu used by Tobi, he activates the genjutsu after becoming upside down. Does a few handseals, and just stands there after completing the set of handseals. To the opponent it looks like he's perfectly still... But he's actually moving/kamuing around.

Before the 4th Raikage was even officially the Raikage he displayed a way of countering this technique. It is quite simple, the seals themselves give it away.
If you account for all the seals of the battle field you can effectively figure out where the 4th will strike from. Which negate its element of surprise. But also can give you the advantage as Minato is temporarily blind while teleporting, if within this brief instance you can launch your own attack you can catch him off guard, assuming you have determined which seal he will teleport to.
Although Raikage had the right Idea it was actually Killer Bee who put this in action, knowing that Minato would teleport behind him and thus giving him an opportunity to take him out.
*Before we get to it though I would like to point out that the seal can be removed by destroying whatever the seal was placed on, be it a boulder, a shirt, or a kunia.*
Nice thread but to add to the weakness of FTG, the weakness only actually works for people who are fast e.g the Raikage. So that you can attack where/which seal he goes to.
Thanks to all you guys who have liked the thread so far
Now that the selection of Jutsu has built quite a bit I will be sorting them from A-Z making it easier to find whichever jutsu you may be looking for.
Feel free to keep suggesting more jutsu to help the list grow even more and let me know if you disagree with any of my proposed weaknesses that way I can update things.
