Well, I think the Nidaime Mizukage is going to have difficulties here since his opponents seem to possess the kind of techniques that'll bypass or overcome his impressively unique abilities. For instance, I can see his Giant Clam being exterminated as a result of Mei using her Futton: Kōmu [

] (should his mastery of its powers be in line with Killer Bee's, as hinted by Danzō). They may not be able to see through the illusion, but the sizable AoEs of their respective Jutsu may mean that the Clam is destroyed through luck or fluke. We should also consider that the most knowledge (regarding their opponents) is likely held by Mei, courtesy of her being the Godaime Mizukage.
Jōki Bōi may be what saves him, however. The Sanbi was, canonically, defeated by Deidara's explosive clay fish - although it should be noted that Obito may've played a part in its capturing. If Yagura is unable to subdue or incapacitate the Imp, then it's unlikely that he's walking away as the winner. His Suiton: Mizukagami (Water Mirror) [

] but i'm not seeing a confident response to the Bijūdama or Jōki Bōi, though it's possible that the acidic properties of her mist could spell the end for the latter. The heat, from her Lava Style techniques would probably accelerate the Imp's detonation rate, actually, so she may unintentionally contribute to her own downfall if she's not careful. She isn't the fastest and she may well fall to the 4th's Sangoshō or the Sanbi's Shell Spear, depending on how well she's concealed herself within the mist.
It depends really. The Nidaime Mizukage isn't surviving a Tailed Beast Bomb in a similar fashion to Suigetsu without some sort of water source present. Even in this scenario, a direct hit leaves him unable to fight. Mei's techniques are the most noxious though she lacks a steady, physical defence whilst Yagura was defeated, in canon, by a Jutsu which seems beneath Jōki Bōi; yet the Yondaime is the one who has the most firepower on show. Honestly, I can see either the Nidaime or yagura emerging victorious; it's situational, I suppose.
