Do you guys really think Minato will interfere with Kakashi VS Obito fight?

First of all, there is no way Minato gets to the kamui dimension without Kakashi's or Obito's help. This just won't do. He himself claimed he wouldn't be able to return if Tobi sucked him up. He can't travel between dimensions on his own.
But this is a technical reason.

Now for the plot reason. Imagine the following scenario:

Naruto starts to fight against Sasuke and Kakashi abruptly interferes and defeats Sasuke himself.

Climatic, isn't it? The same goes for Kakashi VS Obito. This has to be resolved between former comrades, not to mention the fact that Minato already had his chance at fighting Obito. It's Kakashi's time now.

And lastly, if Kishi wanted Minato to interfere, he wouldn't have sent Kakashi and Obito to a desolate dimension a second before Minato's arrival on the battlefield.

And yet another reason - Minato will be busy fighting alongside Naruto against Madara and juubi and I doubt anyone would even try to tell him that Kakashi is fighting Obito in the other dimension at the moment. Juubi's on rampage and Kakashi left Naruto with hope that Obito will be dealt with. Minato is more needed in the normal dimension.

He didn't claim "I'm not sure if I could return here, but better not check". He claimed he wouldn't be able to return. He probably knows his own technique's capabilities and weaknesses better than you do, so I'll go with his word.

You do know that Kakashi can just warp out and then take Minato with him once he arrives into the demension to have a minutes silence for Rin, before Minato wins Obito over with TnJ. It's still likely to happen, especially if the minutes silence is set about out of respect for Rin. That way, Obito will get touched and think again.

Minato is dead, he doesn't need to return. Or maybe he could somehow. Either way there's enough people on the main battlefield already, him being with his students would be appropriate, but then again so would him being with his son. So really I guess anything is possible with him.

I think Minato said that if he got absorbed then the fight would be over and he would lose. I dont think he meant that he counldn't come back. He didn't even have enough info on kamui to even suggest that.

No, it's normal. I would actually call BS if it turned out that it wasn't dangerous for Minato at all when Obito was trying to suck him up.
