We learned the Federal Reserve is NOT a private institution, its a quasi tool of the Federal government to employ monetary policy and help regulate the amount of Cash in the countries economy, or liquidity of our Economy. The IMF is a international central bank idno wtf your talking bout, completely different organization from the Fed. Get your research game on, cause you don't know wtf your talking about and i really hope you aren't american. That would just make stupid American conspiracy theorists look even dumber.
