[Predictions] Naruto Manga Chapter 628 Discussion and 629 Predictions

It was a strange transition, I can't say i especially liked it or didn't like it, I hope Sasuke and the others will be there soon, and I'm wondering what is happening with Obito, and where Obito and Kakshi sensei are now!
So I guess it was ok, not less not more

Honestly can't believe so many of you are surprised obito is being TNJ. It's pretty clear obito will end up being a "good guy" either right before he dies or when he dies. Every "bad guy" is the series was or is a "good guy". Oro is the only character they can make to be a true bad guy but recently it could just go either way.

I thought Naruto's chakra boosted everyone's power, why can't they handle fire and Yasaka Magatama?

They're still in control of the Juubi. I thought they sliced off that shit?

Madara pissed his pants in excitement from just sensing Hashi. Just weird.

The Juubi made tornadoes, water, and lightning....exactly how is that more destructive that a city busting Bijuudama? Just dramatic.

This battle makes no sense. Its good guys do stuff, and bad guys do stuff, then good guys do stuff...what happened to planning? Shikaku's strategy? They just forgot about that?

Rating- 0.5 since nothing of importance happened.

After one-on-one Kakashi vs Obito was confirmed, I hope there will be more action and less TNJ and flashbacks, even though I want to find out what's the truth behind the death of Rin and I'm sure Kishi will show it to us. I've been thinking something, what if Kakashi kills Obito and takes his second eye? Will he acquire Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu, which will let him use Susano'o, even though he isn't an Uchiha? What do you guys think about it?

I would have liked it better but since we have to wait ANOTHER two weeks, I'm a bit disappointed. My heart was racing, anticipating the Hokages to show up....but too bad.

Like nothing happened this chapter but alteast it's better than filler..

hugely disappointing chapter, especially after waiting two weeks for it and knowing now we will have to wait another two weeks for the next chapter. 2.5/5. can't help but feel that kishi has simply thrown us some 'peanuts' in the interim whilst he is bringing the story together.

Good Points:

1. Madaras face. Yep that was one evil look.
2. Juubi beginning to unleash its powers.
3. Obito suggesting he now become to Jinchuriki, meaning the story is going to the next level now.
4. That 'muppet' expression on Obitos face before he transported AWAY from naruto.

Bad Points:

1. Narutos Talk No Jutsu (getting tired of it - it was just a waste of reading hearing the same thing again and again)
2. Nothing on the Kages

Irritating Point:

1. Sakura on the battlefield doing nothing. It would have been better she be at Tsunades side trying to do whatever she can to help, possibly level up in the process; but no, she's just 'there' not doing anything.

Overall i found the chapter boring.

EDIT: Also, Kakashi and Obito teleporting out. Well... i can only hope they return in time for Minato to confront Obito and see his former students.

No trolling please kishi. So much potential.

Kakashi would not have enough chakra to utulize two sharingans as he is not an uchiha. that is unless he was to acquire hashi cells, but i doubt it.

i heard next week is apparently 'golden week' in Japan. i think it's a national holiday but not too sure about it.

It took to weeks to get us a chapter where everyone just talks about feelings, but then again maybe Maradara's face cause the artists to go into laughing fits they had to post pone this chapter. Honestly it just seems like the next chapter is set for the backstory of Kakashi killing rin causing obito to want to end his life or get killed. Any other outcomes would just ruin the image obito has built in the Shippuuden series. Its bad enough that it seems like their isn't going to be an epic battle between Naruto and Sasuke.

I don't think Obito will get TNJ before he gets defeated by Kakashi or Minato. Maybe bfore he dies he realizes his mistake.
Anyways I gave the chp. a 4 nd I thnk it deserves a 3+. I can't wait fr Sasuke nd the others to enter the battlefield more than Madara becomes 10 tails jinjuriki.

Every week I tell myself that kish can't really keep feeding us useless bull shit, but every week I am proven wrong. I don't know, maybe kish doesn't care about quailty anymore. Maybe, he is in need or just wants more money. What I do know is that I have watched / read Naruto for over a eight years, and since the war started, kish has feed us useless bullshit week by week, with little to no useful infromation.
What happened to Sauske vs Itachi Kish, or Naruto vs Sauske, First fight, Kish. Where is the kish that we all fell in love with, where is the twisting plot lines, the surprises at every turn. Where is the Naruto that won fights with clever wits and will power. Instead of TNJ. Shit, I would take Pain vs Naruto Kish.

I give this chapter a -1. Not because this chapter was so bad, but because the past, present, and the sad truth, the furtue bull shit. I will still read and watch, but it won't be because it is good anime. I will endure this only because I am invested

Really great chapter I liked a lot. And the story's leading up to Naruto over-exhausting himself and in a dire situation.. until Sasuke arrives and steps in at the last second protecting Naruto once more "I knew I had to protect you" and saving the day together. Just like old times, and the story comes full circle.

Re: The Final Fights!!!

This chapter was disappointing especially after being on break. Not much action or new information was revealed but the Jubi looked badass at the end! So I gave it a 3.

I think the final fights will happen as a lot of people on the base predicted!!

Kakashi vs Obito will happen in the Kamui dimension and we will work out why Kakashi killed Rin etc.

Hashirama vs Madara will happen on the battlefield on a scale much larger than before (due to both being edo, Madara's mokuton and Rinnegan etc.

I think Sasuke and Minato will join Naruto and jointly they will take on the Juubi.

The rest of the Allied Forces will have very little impact on what goes down next. Somehow we will also see what will happen to the Kage.

Then there is the question of Orochimaru and what he is up to, and what the other three Hokage will do.

Minato wont be able to see Kakashi or Obito because they are in the Kamui dimension, but he may fight alongside Naruto.

THIS IS AN EXCITING CHAPTER! I DONT WANT TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR THE NEXT ONE!

I hope your right about those battles, that would be awesome
