Description:After creating a solid construct made out of water[eg:Water Dragon,Gushing water imprisonment or any water jutsu that has a definite shape],the user simply performs the tiger seal manipulating the water construct to spin rapidly at high speeds.If used in conjunction with projectile based water jutsu's,this increases the penetration power of the projectile(the water projectiles gets +20 damage.).If used in conjunction with jutsu's like Gushing water Imprisonment(or other water jutsu's that traps the opponent inside a water body),the opponent would get dizzy and will eventually pass out due to getting rapidly spun inside the water body

♦A solid construct has to be made prior to the usage of this jutsu
♦Spinning lasts while the user focuses on it
♦Only Taught/Usable by Igneel
♦Cannot be applied to Forbidden Rank techniques

Tell me in your own words what you understand about my jutsu.

Well you 1st have to have some sort of solid shape/object/projectile done from water such as a water clone/weapons made by the suiton no jutsu/ the water dragon etc. Then, after doing the tiger hand seal you make that solid shape/object/projectile of water spin, with a very high velocity. this helps increase the piercing power of projectiles, causing a drill like effect. For water jutsu's that trap the opponent this rotation causes dizziness.
It can't be used on forbidden and lasts as long as you focus on it(does this mean no jutsu while it's rotating?)

But, but, but! I haz questions.
1- I can use it on my own body under the effect of the hydrificatin jutsu, right?
2- what excatly can't I do while I maintain focus for this justu?

Yeah you can use it while you are in hydrification form.when you partially transform your limbs into water,you can use this to to spin the water on your limb.I don't know about using it as a full body jutsu,never though f that.But since the description has the part of being applied to any water jutsu with definite shape,I guess you can use it that way too.But I think you'd feel dizzy after that lol xd

It means you can't use any other ninjutsu or genjutsu while you are focusing on this jutsu.My intention was to make the spin last a whole turn,but Scorpsie toned it down.

No other ninjutsu, hmm, that sucks. ı was planning on combos but I guess thats out of the pictuure
