Highly unlikely. Mei cannot create such a large quantity of Lava to completely counter one of the biggest Katons shown in the series. She can only create Lava in front of her, whereas the fire will surround her. Additionally, the fire is fueled by oil, making it much stronger and of a higher temperature.

The rate at which water evaporates is negligible. The point is, whatever makes boil release corrode is an acid and all acids can be mixed with water to reduce their effectiveness. Bunta's large scale Suitons should make a decent counter for that.
Lava becomes rock when it cools off, not when it gets even hotter. If she uses Lava against a torrent of thousands of degrees hot oil, she will only make it stronger and increase its volume, since lava is also liquid. If Mei does that she kills herself.
SM Jiraiya blitzed Human Path, as shown above. She has no taijutsu or close combat feats which indicate she could perform a jutsu before Jiraiya blitzes her. Even so, he can simply go around the acidic mist, since his speed allows him to do so.
The needles fly at an incredible speed. As Jiraiya said it himself, it's his fastest technique. I doubt the acid mist will corrode these chakra enhanced senbons before they hit Mei.
Even if they would, Mei would still be vulnerable to the attack of the 3 Boss Toads. She cannot defend from 4 enemies.
Chakra which he has. As I said in my first posts, he summons Bunta first and then he summons Ma. Ma simply summons every toad with a single summoning jutsu, a feat she has shown before.
Boil Release can be easily countered by either using a large scale Suiton, having Fukasaku use a Fuuton to disperse the mist or using a fire release technique.
Acid cannot melt fire.
