Is there A way to counter Bansho Ten'in?

How about throwing a kunai? No one's tried that before. It may sound like a joke but Nagato/Pain would have to stop Bansho Tenin if a kunai was thrown at them because drawing it in would increase the speed of it. Either he dodges said kunai and the opponent gets a distraction or he stops Bansho Tenin.
