Cole wears a leather jacket and pants with a stripe on the right leg, forming a small union jack design on his knee, and a sling bag with his phone attached to the single strap. This sling bag has a Sly Cooper logo and the numbers 1 and 3 designed onto it. Depending on the version of inFamous you are playing, Cole's outfit will either have a yellow-and-black colour scheme or a blue-and-white one. He has a shaved head with a light stubble beard, and speaks in a gravelly voice. Cole shows a high form of intelligence, and is able to logically deduce the outcomes of any actions he might take.

Cole is very calm and collected.However he can be very playful at times.Cole is very intelligent in battle.Cole cares greatly for his family and comrades.He always comes to help if there is any trouble.

cole was just your normal ninja. he was of the uchiha clan. one day when he was walking through timewith his father jason something weird happend. his father told him he had a special misson for him to do. which was normal but then his dad handed him a special scroll. cole was not allowed to open the scroll until he finished the mission. so off cole went all the way to sunagakure. here he was supposed to kill a rogue ninja named mikito. while in suna a strange man that goes by the name roshi told cole to leave. why cole said im just a traveling merchant, cole lied. the man responded with your not welcome. and he walked away. hmm... strange cole said. he kept traveling till he got to the place he was supposed to meet mikito. he walked up to the strange man and said do you want the lion? the man said yes so cole began to assasinate him. one kuni one life. but then out of no where his fellow bretheran jumped out of the building and attempted to kill him. the h8ll cole said. mikito grabbed cole by the arm and pulled him out of the bloody scene. cole was stunned he passed out. when he awoke cole asked the supposive target why he had saved him. mikito said he was told to go to suna to save a ninja. cole asked so your not from suna? mikito said no he was from amegakure and tha they wanted him to join their village. cole was stunned at the request but where could he go? back to konoha where his kinsmen were trying to kill him? no he would accept the request. cole was now a part of amegakure. and thats how coles story began. He later was kicked out of amegakure. He hoped his clan would forgive him so he went back to Konoha for repentance. The Uchiha clan took him back and he was now a member of Konoha.
