Pretty neat, it does seem to make sense. It is annoying when the author seems to put such effort into making things fit together and have a coherent story and then he makes stupid mistakes that seems to mess it up.
I have an idea for the next generation of the series, I think Naruto and Hinata have to have a kid (Narata) and then that Sasuke and Karin have a kid, (Sasukin) Then Narata and Sasukin can fight and all and eventually get married and have a kid (Narasukin) And maybe Narasukin can have like a wisecracking animal sidekick or something, and he can go on missions and all. Grandpa Naruto and Sasuke can show up now and then to tell stories or whatever. I'm gonna call the series "Naruto Generations" It will attempt to squeeze every last cent out of the franchise. By the end he'll be solving mysteries and skateboarding with sunglasses on, anything to seem cool.

Well just the one; it was said that the SO6P created or was the first to use ninjutsu. However I get the feeling you could probably explain that.

I think your theory is well done and very possible. I had a similar-ish theory a while back originating from an Obito quote "2 of the 6 paths are now 1!" and those 2 paths being Senju and Uchiha i speculated the other 4 paths being Hyuga, Uzamaki, Tailed Beasts and Juggo's unnamed clan (the last 2 being the uncontrolled aspects of the Jubbi split up and balanced out as best the So6p could, representing how nature can be calm and ferocious).
There is so much we don't know about both Hyuga and Uzamaki. For example, why exactly did the Hyuga implant a seal in one branch at birth to limit their power? What if there was no seal? Would the branch just keep getting more powerful as it became more pure Hyuga over time? Also why is the Uzamaki clan so mysterious, in reality we don't know much about them. The whole Reaper Death Seal thing Orochimaru recently pulled leaves me wondering were the Uzamaki tasked with the possession of all ancient artifacts? Maybe the cloud killed their village in the wars and stole the So6P artifacts. I wouldn't be surprised considering they tried to steal the byakugan too.

How can sage be an uzumaki if uzumaki are descendents (born after) Senju and the sages son was a Senju.. If sage was an uzumaki it should be Senju are descendants from them not te other way around so SO6P not an uzumaki

I agree that the "sons" were possibly created. I dont believe they were actually his sons at all. In the manga in chapter 462 we are first presented with the 2 individuals as "two boys" not his sons at all.
