Because hashi was not revived to his prime, it was said in the manga that he was revived to almost his prime while madara is revived and prepared beyond his prime.. If madara win there next fight i guess it doesn't count

Hashirama was revived at almost full power. 90-95%. Madara is way past his prime, maybe 150% or more.

Hashi gets owned, but he is not 80%.

This is Naruto Shippuuden, by now you should know that even Konohamaru can ''own'' Madara with a seal from the back for all we know. So until the actual fight happens we will never know. Also don't forget that Minato is there aswell.. one touch and Madara is sealed for good. :|
