also, i'v been looking for a role suitable for hiruzen and minato to play against juubi, because their power are so low before the juubi

The best bet is when the juubi is sealed whithin Obito or Madara (right now, most likely Obito).

He won't be a perfect Jinchcuriki, and he will still have his vulnerabilities.

Madara's already way too overpowered. I'd be ticked if he gets a power up like that

But dude You are underestimating them!! You are thinking of them as alone but then still they are strong....So think when they all come together ie all the legends...how epic would it be!!

Well for one, Minato has his space time barrier that will effectively cancel Bijuu bombs! Which, with unlimited chakra, can probably be used to throw right back in the thing's face!

And then after that Hiruzen has a variety of good elemental Jutsu that will help pin back Madara or counter his techniques.
