In this last chapter did we see Kakashi literally about to kill himself? Even if he could've kamui'd the Ten tails, it would've most definitely killed him- as far as I can see Obito just saved him?

Chakra. Even with Kakashi at his full health wouldn't be able to kamui the 10 tails without chakra exhaustion. It hospitalised him for weeks taking off just one of Deidara's short arms as he was flying in a straight line. There is no way Kakashi was expecting to just kamui the 10 Tails and that be that.

I doubt he would have died from kumai'n the Juubi as he has the kyuubi cloak on him. He was able to kumai the 8 tails earlier and was fine so im sure the ten tails may have exhausted him but not killed him.

Wow ! I knew he was about to kill himself with the jubii teleporting, but to think that obito jumped infront of him on purpose to save him....Damn ! But still its just speculations and all, but obito comming back good is a bad move for kishi. He just made sasuke good so no more of that.

That was exactly what i was to say.When he kamui the 8 tail he didn't had the 9 tails cloak, he just had his stamina and chakra recovered by the 9 tails. But this time is different, he even sound convinced that he could kamui the entire ten tails. Because kakashi always say things like, "Ah this will be difficult...", or stupid things like that, but this time he sound very convinced.

well, i don't think he would have died i mean whe he uses kumai on something big like that, his chakara is warm out and probably die but don't forger the kurama chakara is also around him.
