In the last chapter, Sakura says "SHAAN NARO!"

Is there anyone who knows what she meant? Or if she meant anything since there are tons of text issues this week.

Hell yeah!

or

Hell no!

It depends on the context. But right now I'm sure it means Hell yeah.

I think Sakura used to say this a lot when Naruto manga started.

Really? that was the first time I ever heard her say it

Although this says "Hell Yeah!", I'm pretty sure it would have been Shannaro if it hadn't been translated.

Sakura has been saying it since chapter 3.

Shannaro is a verbal thick Sakura has whenever she gets excited just like Kushina's datebanne, which both, from what I've read are a form of "Hell yeah!" "Heck yes" something like that.

It felt so good to see her inner speaking again! When she was younger she had an "Inner Sakura" who would say that line when pumped, then that inner personality sort of merged with her as she aged.

Shannaro (Japanese slang) is a corruption of joudan ja nai yo (冗談じゃないよ). In Naruto this word has the meaning within certain contexts, which defines an emotion or great excitement, so "hell yeah" and "f~ yeah" is a common translation.
Hope this helped! :)
