1- If MS cause bleeding and darkness with the time being, then why not kakashi and obito are suffering from this stage?

2- Yata mirror is said to be endowed with all nature transformations and as such changes its own characteristics depending on those of the attack it receives, making the attack entirely ineffective. narutowikia used the term attack not attacks...so this means that two different elemental attacks can break its defense when used at same time. is this is the weakness of yata mirror?

3- uchiha and senju dna requires to unlock rennigan. IS rennigan is a combination of uchiha and senju dna? if yes,then why nagato cant use uchiha and senju powers? well on the other hand kakashi uses uchiha powers smoothly.how?without having the role of dna,u cant switch to mangekyo? how and why?

4- nagato was said to be immobile when sealed. then how he jumped and fly to 8 tails to suck his chakra.i thought he was immobile?is it Plot no jutsu?

Rinnegan was given to him. Just like how Kakashis Sharingan was given to him.

I believe that is the weakness of the Yata Mirror. The mirror adjusts itself to the attack it's taking on but if it takes on attacks of two different natures, the Yata Mirror would have to adjust itself for both attacks. But adjusting for one attack could disturb the mirror from fully defending against an attack of another nature. That's why I think two different elemental attacks can break the defense if used at the same time.

1. I believe this has to do with two things. First: Kakashi isn't an Uchiha, when Tobirama described thst descent to hatred, he notes chakra generating in the brain....this would assumidly be due to their unique brain structure, the combination of two sharingan eyes, or the combination in brain structure AND eye. The Second: Obito has obtained Senju DNA. As we saw with Obito vs Mist Anbu, his eye was bleeding from MS use. With Senju DNA, his eyes were probably elevated to a psuedo EMS that somehow prevents the bleeding...

2. Deffinatly possible! It would deffinatly make sense if the Yata was designed for one vs one combat....having two different elemental users wouldn't have been factored into account (by that...two different elements st the same time). Also, a shield is only as good as someone blocking with it...so other weaknesses include going underground/generally getting imbetween the shield and the user, or just striking from behind where the shield isn't there!

3. The Rinnegan results from the combination of Senju and Uchiha DNA being present (at least in a sharingan body, and apparantly over an extended period of time....it took Madara years to make it activate). So my assumption is that Nagato, who was genjutsu'd into getting his eyes, probably was not aware of the existence of the Rinnegan's ability to return to an EMS (because he thought they were his eyes....not Madara's). After that, Senju techs weren't usable because the clan didn't have any specific Jutsu that reflected the clan except maybee Mokuton, but that was specifically Hashirama's DNA. The Senju and Uchiha DNA would only be present in Nagato's eyes (unless connecting the Uchiha-Uzumaki bond), but once again OT comes down to knowing you even possess the ability!

4. Upon taking Naruto's chakra his legs were healed allowing him mobility against Killer Bee....however, his immobility results from Kabuto's fault as opposed to his own. This is because he started to personally control Nagato's movements. As such, Nagato could only move based on what Kabuto said....so while Kabuto decided to have Nagato sitting there like a fool, Itachi went Totsuka on him. I could probably be more descriptive here, but sadly its late so sorry about that :/

1- maybe cuz Obito awakened it with him, and he is fused with Zetsu
2- maybe possible weakness of the yata mirror
3-madara unlocked rinnegan and didn't use any rinnegan jutsu with it...he just gave it to nagato in that state...
its given to nagato and he cant revert it back to sharingan cuz it was transplanted in that state.
madara didn't use any sharingan powers with rinnegan b4 he gave it to nagato.
4- he was crippled , but with enough strength and chakra he might have used his rinnegan ability to push his body towards Bee.

1 - Perhaps, Suusano and Amaterasu use up more chakra, perhaps Kakashi doesn't suffer side effects cause you need both eyes to affect it, perhaps he's loosing sight but slowly, perhaps Kamui doesn't use up this much chakra, perhaps Obito has Senju DNA so he's got shit load of stamina and chakra, perhaps he's got Rinnegan and it would be silly if a guy with best dojutsu to exist went blind, perhaps both of them just don't give a shit about this part of plot and decided not to go blind

It was Obito who switched their eyes into Mangekyou, it's shown in manga, when Rin dies, Nagato could use all elements and some other typically Rinnegan techniques, as he's never ever had Sharingan he wouldn't know how to use those techs, obviously neither Obito nor Madara didn't bother to teach him as it wasn't a part of their plan, he was just pupet in their hands
4. Apparently he healed after absorbing Bee's chakra, before he's shown kind falling down, only thing he's really shown in manga is to jumped down and stand in one place, that's how much he could do with his legs, to me all this idea that he couldn't walk cause of his legs being blown out seams far fetched, i would more associate it to being connected to Gedo Mazou that drains his chakra, life force, and later in Edo Tensei due to being exhausted at the moment of death cos of using Rinne tensei on massive scale
