theory: not a manga mistake Sasuke CAN switch

Sasuke can flick from MS to EMS at will

notice here some thought it was a drawing mistake by Kishi
that Sasuke activated his Sharingan to MS and not EMS.

If it was a manga mistake I figured Kishi would make up for it later.
Instead, the following chapter , Sasuke still only activates MS and NOT EMS.

If it was a mistake, we would have seen EMS in the next chapter, but we didn't.

Im thinking Sasuke can switch between both MS and EMS...
like a super saiyan can from level 1 to level 3(Goku).

and im thinking Sasuke might have only went MS to hide the fact that he has EMS from Orochimaru..
Sasuke doesn't fully and completely trust Orochimaru and Who would??? besides Kabuto maybe...

However he did resurrect Orochimaru (with no arms) thinking He could overpower Orochimaru again like last time,
and he should...
but its for Orochimaru to summon the 4 strongest Hokages in history..(I know there's only 5) Lol
TRUSTing Orochimaru
So that is a big risk having Orochimaru use Edo Tensei to revive 4 of the strongest ninja of all time
under Orochimaru's control just to ask them questions...

Im thinking Sasuke knew this, and was planning on using his new EMS powers to put Orochimaru under Genjutsu
if anything got out of hand, and make Orochimaru follow orders from Sasuke..

Also, so Sasuke could use the Edo'd Hokage to his advantage and help him take down Tobi "Madara" and
conquer whoever got in his way that he needed to take care of as an enemy, or opposing force.

Sasuke found out Tobi waged war so it makes sense to prepare a plan against him.
if you're confused, its kinda like 2 theories... Sasuke can switch between Ms & Ems
and maybe this whole idea about the Oro and Edo Kage was Sasuke's plan to have more power on his side
to accomplish what he thought was needed to do...

EDIT: I know Orochimaru saw it all through ANKO, but maybe Sasuke hid his EMS from
Hashirama (an Edo Hokage) who would stop anyone from harming the Leaf Village..
and EMS shows neverending light in the Sharingan. Sasuke would pose a big danger to
the Leaf village. Hashirama might want to end it with violence at that point.

But the fact that he (sasuke) has shown it in 2 different chapters back to back
shows more on the side that he CAN indeed switch between MS and EMS.

Wouldn't the EMS piss him off more though? I mean it's a step above MS after all.

yeah it prob would, but he might have not shown it because Oro would want his body even more
and I don't think Sasuke fully trusts Orochimaru...but if Oro saw the EMS he might have made the hokage

I could see sasuke holding back his power in case something were to go wrong. There is also no doubt in my mind that sasuke has something under his sleeve..

Also if i remember in the video of Hashirama vs Madara, Madara was able to move his eye techniques at will whenever he was in a bad situation. I think that all Uchihas are able to limit their abilities by whatever situation they are in. It could also be a chakra thing. Good job figuring this out though!

well, we've only seen Sasuke and Madara have EMS
so there might be a big difference or loses ability from Ms to EMS
idk though but I think he could swich since kishi did it for 2 chapters

Orochimaru saw everything in the Kabuto fight through Anko, he knows Sasuke has EMS. Which is another reason he stated he cannot beat Sasuke at his state. I do believe Sasuke can switch between EMS and MS for some odd reason, maybe it is his dna that allows him to switch even though his brothers eyes are in his sockets.

Orochimaru most likely saw Sasuke's EMS through Anko already. Also Seeing how Hashirama broke the restraint I doubt he would do something so stupid in front of him.

Except it has been shown that Orochimaru saw what was going on while in Kabuto, so he knows that Sasuke has EMS...
This being said, I could maybe see him not wanting to show it to the Senju brothers, since all Sasuke heard was Tobirama dissenting from his brother. Overall, nice thought though.

I know, but he might not have seen Sasuke's eyes but he prob did.
However, I just don't know really since we've only seen Madara and Sasuke with Ems
maybe Sasuke just decided to go to MS and not EMS for no reason at all...
but the fact that he did in two different chapters shows he can prob do it and not a manga mistake
