I think it's kind of amusing, but it doesn't make a lot of sense without knowing the comment for which he received the neg rep.

I would rather be loved.

With love you are valued for your character and what you provide. You may be less likely to be respected or get your way, but you can still be respected.

With fear, people are more likely to listen to you, but you are more likely to be stabbed in the back.

I prefer whiteboards. They're smoother to write on and less messy to clean. Additionally, the sound of chalk on a board gives me literal goosebumps. I can tell when someone is writing on a chalkboard in the next room, not by hearing it, but by the uncomfortable sensation I get in my skin.

I think he's a very intriguing character. Like an onion, he has many layers. I don't always understand his motivations, but, if anything, that makes him more interesting. In short, yes I like him as a character.

I would create a sticky thread for top 10s or any other ranking scheme threads and ban new threads on the subject.

Yeah, sometimes it annoys me. However, most of the time I just find humor in how bad it is, or I just zone out.

Yes, three people and three dogs (all Soviets) died while in space. An additional 38 people and animals have died on space related missions (usually on re-entry), but they technically weren't in space.
