Naruto will probably be like, Sasuke, you changed? Sasuke will respond, Don't get me wrong Naruto, I'll still defeat you, but I don't really like the idea of being controlled.

All he said was,"I don't want this village, and my brother, to be wasted". He simply doesn't fancy the idea of being trapped in an eternal genjutsu.

After all, he IS Sasuke, and he does whatever the hell he wants.
