Starting Distance: 100 meters

Specifications: No Kamui in the first 10 seconds, mindset is bloodlusted.

They both have full intel.

Scenario 1: Jiraiya is in base. No restrictions.

Scenario 2: Jiraiya is in SM with Ma and Pa summoned. No restrictions.

Scenario 3: Jiraiya is in base. All Summons except Ma and Pa are restricted.

Bloodlusted, that's why I restricted Kamui for 10 seconds.

The location and starting distance favour Jiraiya, but intel in the hands of Kakashi is a dangerous thing to deal with.

Kakashi would win Scenario 3 if Frog Song isn't used.
Although Kakashi's stamina has increased, it isn't up to par with Jiraiya's if I'd say so myself and Scenario 1 & 2 would end horribly for him if he doesn't troll with Kamui as Jiraiya would be able to summon Gamabunta, Gamahiro, etc.

He can win in the 2nd scenario if Kakashi won't start with Kamui.

Jiraiya wins all scenarios. Knowledge on Kamui on top of restricting it for the first 10 seconds leads to Jiraiya making Shadow Clones so Kakashi can't warp them all. Without Kamui we all know that Kakashi doesn't stand a chance.

For Scenario 3 he can open with Bunshin and then prepare to enter SM with Ma and Pa. He should have enough time as the starting distance is 100 meters in the forest of death. That means a lot of hiding spots.

Not true first of all it takes a minute b4 you get sucked into kamui.
He can spam kamui but only for so long. Jariya has way more chakra then Kakashi so the longer the battle goes the better chance jariya has.
Also jariya has a better defense then Kakshi.
Jariya wins with summons and I think he has more lethal moves.
I think jariya wins all 3.
