But Shikaku is dead now, except him I don't think there is anyone else that is smarter than he is. Kakashi is an honorable mention Kakashi is lowkey very intelligent he figured out how to hit Obito when he's phasing in out his own reality.

I mean the only people who come close are probably Kakashi, Itachi, or Kakuzu (though maybe through just having a sh** load of experience).

And well if you kick out dead people (considering you booted Shikaku...) then I guess only Kakashi or maybee Obito.

I agree I mean if we're puttin dead people into play Itachi, Minato and lets not forget Orochimaru. I mean the man had figured out how to die without technically dying.
