sasuke is 2/3s done in restoring the uchiha clan

we know that danzou and itachi two people that sasuke felt were directly responsible for the massacre of the Uchiha were both eliminated by his hand (though if he knew the truth about itachi i doubt he woulda killed him)
Being that obito already told sasuke he had a hand in it and that itachi also told him that he had help by madara uchiha which he probably wanted sasuke to figure out for himself who he was his next course of action is to kill him.
He worked with obito knowing full well he did not care for his goals and was not his teamate to begin with
