His invincibility is questionable,because its never been tested,if i had a shield like that and the only challenge i ever took with it was a flimsy sword,and some measly explosive kunai than i would feel pretty invincible to....point proven.,and hes barely top 15 because in his last two fights..one of them made him look cowardly and the other made him look weak...so top 5 forget it...top 10 no..15 perhaps...

I believe Itachi is somewhat, why do you guys say he has low stamina? I thought he was very sick, and the inception of his blindness was on the horizon? Iirc he was taking oodles of medicinals just to maintain himself. When he first attacked Konoha he was already ill, correct? Take away all illnesses, and he'd have stamina that could compete with any top ninja I believe.

The Yata Mirror - A spirit weapon without physical form with the power to change every one of it's properties, allowing it to alter it's attributes in accordance to the attributes of the attack, rendering the attack ineffective" Beyond that it is said in the manga "to repel ALL things".
Totsuka blade - It seems to be able to extend, and the piercing capabilities are almost instant. It can seal anything it pierces, and can cut, or slash.
Izanami - This genjutsu coupled with Itachi's intelligence at the acme in the Naruto world should allow him the possibility to potentially defeat ANY opposition in Naruto. I know it takes time to prepare, but Itachi had the the mind of a Kage at seven, he's seen to not waste an opportunity. He has an equanimity that is somewhat an esoteric ability in Naruto... at least at his level of it.
Shisui's eye - if he had that, and not bequeathed it Naruto would make him nearly invincible. On top of that he has ominous genjutsu which he is highly proficient at. He can move around with susanoo as ficilely as if it was not on. He is truly powerful, and we haven't seen him go all out...just imagine him at 100% with the intent to utterly destroy O_O.

This is my opinion, but I feel Itachi has the potential to defeat, or seriously maim, or decimate any opposition minus Rikudou. Itachi is easily top 5 easily imo.

Im not in any way trying to argue, or bash what you're saying I don't disrespect unless disrespected. What Im trying to say is...wouldnt that apply to almost every ninja? Even moreso, wouldn't he just move, or jump out of the way like any smart ninja would? I don't believe he'd just stand there and take an attack full on.

No it can and you have no proof or good feat that shows that it can, and you do realize that itachis susanoo was destroyed from kirin which is why it had to be reformed don't you? and itachi was talking about susanoo in general was the reason why he survived, we still haven't seen anything impressive from yata mirror to this day..point proven..

He cannot last; nor does he have the reserves to spam like sasuke! And even when sasuke did spam, he went blind in what seemed less then a week!

Using common sense (i assume you have).

If sasuke spammed in less then a week and went blind; and if itachi had his sharinagn for 6+ yrs; the moment he tries to spam wouldnt he go blind ASAP!!!! Because he had it longer and used it "more" over time???

Itachi was already having vision problems before using a single MS tech against sasuke!

Fun fact 2! Itachi knows his limits more than anyone; and he knows to only use his MS if its the last resort!

None of those examples ever put itachi in a situation where he even needed to cover his whole body, yet the backlash from simple kunai bombs is enough to cover half of the susanoo already.

My lord itachi? Oh, the common arguement that i must be a fanboy since i defend a character. Oh, boy, it's a good thing this wasn't a minato thread too. Everyone who defends these two, by listing their actual abilities are always fanboys it seems...
But, yea, you're right. Itachi can't spam his ms cause it's an instant loss. Because everyone in NV can get through Susano'o, amaterasu and tsukuyomi alive. Not like danzou lost 11 lives off of a susano'o or anything...

Funfact 1: kakashi has a 3 in stamina from databook 1 through 3, yet he's a monster.
Funfact 2: Most people can't escape amaterasu so that beats most people off the bat.
Funfact 3: itachi was able to activate susano'o before lightning hit. he activated it in less than 1/1000 second.
Funfact 4: Itachi was able to use 1 tsukuyomi, 2 amaterasu and susano'o on his low stamina. But, hey, not like that's his entire MS arsenal or anything.
Funfact 5?: Itachi doesn't need to 'spam' MS for most opponents. Let me whip out some databook stats which you so seem to treasure; 5 in ninjutsu, genjutsu, speed, hand seals. 4.5 in taijutsu. Know how many people have stats like that? not that many. very few people even have a 5. But hey, a guy with such stats clearly needs to spam MS to survive anyone, even the likes of sakura, right?
FunFact 6: Not even kakashi's sharingan was able to keep up with the speed at which he used a jutsu.
FunFact 7: Not all his jutsu rely on MS, and not all his jutsu soak up half his chakra in one go.


But, hey, it's not like haters (You) look at a characters strengths. They only pick out the one weakness. Because, apparently, 2.5 is the same as 0. Apparently, stats aren't out of 5 and he just basically has 50% the stamina of the highest stamina amounts, based on your precious databook ofcoarse.
