As the rock slab is broken by the lightning hound, and Susanoo and the random ninja still inside the dome are electrified by it, Susanoo rests his hand on the ground, releasing a seal into the ground designed to seal away water within, only to be released with anything touched it (ie. kunai, rock slap, foot, body, etc.). He then converted his body into water in order to absorb himself into the seal as a protection method.

Frezari continues to electrify the waters around Kirigakure, making it obvious to anyone nearing the shore from either side that something was wrong. The storm clouds became more intense as Frezari's fun grew.

Like the other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to preform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack. Being a Lightning Release Ninjutsu, it requires a large amounts of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply.

All of your moves occur after I have sealed myself away into a seal; better be sure you don't skewer your teammate with your spears, as I am safe. Go ahead and continue from what you were doing, just be aware of what I've done (I only said it because I edited my move and wasn't sure if you saw it or not).
