Whom I think is gonna die...

5)Obito:He'll die trying to redeem himself, and meeting Rin..
6)Onoki:Hes gonna be the one who'll take down Madara

I actually don't see Akamaru dying....it will be much darker when you have Kiba on the ground and his loyal dog trying to get him up, and you know it isn't going to happen.

Lee will be in a situation where the Juubi is about to kill him with a Giant Hand-Tail, and Gai will block it with one hand (Obviously in 8th Gate). He'll say, "I won't lose another of my precious students," (remember how the origional requirement to use the gates was to protect something precious to you...ha that right there is some good writing) and proceed to go badass...using maybee Twilight Dragon to mess up the Juubi/knock it back.

I've been wondering about Choza and Choji....I doubt it happens, but I could see Choji dying instead of Choza.....how crazy would that be! Inoichi and Shikaku die from the origional Ino-Shika-Cho, but instead of Choza making the 3/3rds, Choji does instead.....still Choza is more likely to kick the bucket.

Kitsuchi will likely die (the second division commander)...he saved has stopped the Juubi twice (once as the Mazo) using his Mountain Wall Jutsu....Madara is bound to notice he's a problem and attempt to erase him.

Tsunade will dies saving the other Kage.....this will piss Hashirama off to no end.

I think it is possible that Shino or Tenten may also die....(either way it leaves Hinata or Lee...who were viewed kind of as the weak link/odd ball on the team...as the last "man" standing as well as creates a very sad scenario for Hinata and Lee who are very loving individuals). Also both had barely any spotlight/acutal role in the series despite being pretty cool characters.

Kinda obvious but Obito is going to die....I think he's going to get double crossed at a bad time by Madara.

Finally...I think Sakura or Sasuke may end up dying...either way it will be to save/protect Naruto. Its hard to say really...

Chouza - Inoichi and Shikaku died so Chouza is next
Might Guy - We need to see Eight Gates and I can't see him living through this
Obito - He is the bad guy, Shounen never let em win
K11 - I can see anyone in K11 die with an exception of Shikamaru, Sakura and Naruto
