Yh only cos they unlocked MS ,EMS or Rinnegans albilities. TBH if you had only regular sharingan you would use this the most

Well Sasuke used the copy ability recently when he reversed the handsigns on Anko's curse mark and released Orochimaru. He must've copied it from Kakashi back in part 1? Honestly it was good to see some good old fashioned ninjutsu with scrolls and handsigns again.

Well, eventually everything in NV gets upgraded to OP extent
Sharingan got different powers that made copying irrelevant
Rasengan was can be turned into a giant ball or a rasenshuriken, and be combined with bijuu, making regular rasengan irrelevant, unless chidori vs rasengan clashes
Chidori could be turned into differnt shapes and sizes, making chidori only good for clashes
and so on...
