My toughts i think Tsunade wont die because Kishimoto foreshadowed it in the whole manga
He gave us so many little hints about Tsunades status and Role in this Manga

She is like a healing machine nothing damaged her

On this pannel also everyone tought tsunade is finished but kishimoto let her still alive duo the fact that tsunade said that she will never die in battle dan saved her and gaved her chakra back
Kishi had so many times to kill tsunade but he didnt do it

Did you never asked yourself why madara had to cut Tsunade in half ????
So simple because she was the most resistanse one of the five kages its so logical that she stood at longest against madara so he had to use more against her

Well Kishi did say more people will die. Tsunade was gathering the 4 Kage at her side for some "unknown jutsu" that she said (not a quote) would kill her. If she dies then Naruto could be Hokage. He could give Sasuke a pardon. He could tell the truth about Itachi making him a hero and slightly justifying Sasuke's Motives. But thats if she lives, she could step down and let Naruto be Hokage, and so on and so forth. Blah blah blah... And they all lived happily ever after... After the Juubi is sealed and Tobi is either killed, persuaded or leaves.

Nahhh, I think shes done for, she lived her purpose.

1) she got he final development against Madara

2) she is going to do a final noble act which will bring the 5 nations together more than they already are now by healing the 4 other kage

3) she did say that she don't die in battle, but the battle is now over giving her the chance to die

4) even if she lived her cells would be in bad condition due to the fact that she used that regeneration A LOT while she was fighting Madara

5) her dying gives Naruto the chance to become Hokage

6) her dying makes Naruto more pissed at Madara, increasing his hate making him stronger

7) do I need more

But yea I really think that she is going to die, but her death will bring greater things to the manga
