Not even an Espada? Really? Their ranking is done based purely on reiatsu.
Starrk, one of two natural arrancar in the Espada, stomped everyone else in terms of reiatsu.
Obviously, this doesn't take into consideration Ulquiorra's hidden second release.​

Lol al these arguments and you all forget one thing. Ulquiorra was the only one to reach a second stage evolution, he got trolled by ichigo before it could have been compared to the others but if he was ranked no5 with only 1 evolution, pretty sure he'd wreck sht as a level two against the rest
