AU Sasuke VS Pain

There is a battle I have planned for a future FF of mine and I need to see if this is balanced enough. How would a battle as such go?


Location = Same as Naruto VS Pain Bodies

Knowledge = Same as Naruto when he fought Pain Though Pain knows Little of Sasuke other than that he is Itatchi's brother and vague knowledge of Sasuke's Abilities

AU Sasuke Abilities= Snake Sage Mode, MS, Curse Mark Stage 2, And rib stage Susano'o until Pain uses Chibaku Tensei he unlocks the same level Susano'o he had when he fought Kage, if it gets that far.

Thats really funny, because I am still really debating eternally to make him a hawk sage, Naruto a fox sage, and Sakura a Rat sage, or stick with main 3 ^^"

DSM? If that is sage mode, not that difficult, overall power would be equal to Naruto's except instead of getting abilities such as jumping, He would get strength, speed, stealth, smell, ability to fight in dark/Eyes shut, and any sage specific abilities Kabuto and Orochimaru have shown (IE not DNA mutated abilities).
