Sword of totsuka

Based on a thread I made up earlier I have a theory. I think if itachi had joined with the alliance on the main line and the juubi got summoned I think based on sword of totsuka's power he hopefully would have been able to seal it. Who else shares this theory and if not then please feel free to prove me wrong with plausible reasons why not.

IF he could pierce it with the totsuka blade, then it could be sealed. The question is if he could pierce it or not though.

Totsuka is rather Overrated, it's not like some sort of Divine sealing sword.

Actually it is. It's one of 2 spiritual weapons we know about, and according to the databook, ANYTHING it pierces is sealed. How can you say otherwise?

It is a physical manifestation of chakra yes but it has a physical being nonetheless so I wouldn't see why not
