I read only pages 1 and 5 so if I missed something you already stated I'm sorry in advance. That is a pretty nice list indeed, I'll try to add some mentions:
Kakashi:Great shinobi but still pretty cool around his everyday life. He also sacrificed himself for the greater good , since he wouldn't know he 'd get revived
Early Iruka: I think part 1 Iruka was a pretty interesting character, in terms of likeability. The way he treated Naruto etc.
Tobi: Part of the greatest criminal organisation in the world, acts like a 4 yo. I put him here as the viewers like him, not the Naruto characters.
Part 2 Gaara: not much too say
Darui: Humblest guy ever, and pretty strong, not completely fodder

he actually had an impact. I am not implying he changed, but that he just vanished from the manga

Emotionless? he has shown far more emotion than part 1, he had a great change toward good , a psychotic killing machine turning to a caring and forgiving leader is a pretty good feat...
Read part 1 naruto manga, you'd find plenty of Kakashi dickery, it's such a drag to find em myself
if he hadn't changed then it's just plain Iruka you're talking about
I mean that Gaara doesn't visually express his change of attitude, oh sure, he boasts up a speech about peace and love, but his face is just so stoic and emotionless, you just kinda miss when he was over-emotional during chuunin exam arc
Almost forgot about Zetsu, people always leave him out
Deidara is a total wacko-jacko, seriously, he sucks at being friends
Madara as a kid isn't a seperate character y'know, ya gotta judge em all from a perspective

I never liked Madara as character, but after the last manga chapters (Madara as a kid) I started to look him a little bit different, although I didn’t change my mind yet. In that case, instead of Madara I would put Shikamaru in my list, because he,obviously, a lazy genius.=D

I agree with everything cept Deidara being awesome.
His personality totally underwent significant change after the death of Sasori, cause he used to be this "always keepin' it cool" kinda guy but after that (and due to Tobi's influence, no doubt) he became less focused on actual tasks and hand and became easily infuriated. It seemed like he actually was more focused on showing-off, rather than on actual battle itself. Just compare his fights with Gaara and the Sasuke one.

But you forgot that these fights are completely different. While Deidara-Gara fight is just ordinary task, in Sasuke-Deidara fight personal Deidara’s feelings are involved. You know that Deidara’s ego crushed when he was easily defeated by Sharingan. He despised Itachi and Sharingan all his life, and when he was fighting with Sasuke his personal beliefs were at stake.
Easily infuriated? Showing off? I think we all would look like that beside Funny Tobi. =D
Generally, relationship between these two showed us another face of cold assassin Deidara, not so cool face but rather human.
This isn't much of a "likeable" list as...well, 'appreciation' list. Cause you've gotta consider the hardships that each of these character had faced in his life first.
