Naruto has always held back agaisnt Sasuke. In the valley of end, he was only fighting to show Sasuke that he can scracth his forehead. But in Oro's hideout, Sasuke was much more stronger. However, ever since Naruto learnt sage mode, he has always been stronger than Sasuke.... You guys dont post the part of the manga where Sasuke said to Tobi 'give me Itachi's eye, I'll crush Naruto once and for all'. He knows he cant beat SM Naruto with the MS only. Naruto pawns him anytime since that sage mode.

not at all they both went all out if naruto wasn't trying then and only trying to scratch his headband then why he say he going to break every bone in his body and go chakra mode and 1 tails just to try and stop sasuke that isn't holding back at all

wasn't Naruto getting wrecked in SM vs Pein? even though he beat the 5 that 1 pein alone beat him and sasuke and bee a not 100% sasuke fighting a 100% killer bee and just learned his MS techniques that would kinda happen to anyone
Naruto wasn't in Sage Mode when Deva Path beat him, its amazing how many people don't check that fight before making that claim.
Naruto had drained his power from fighting the other five.
And base Naruto destroyed Deva Path.
