They can't, it's highly unlikely they can become its jinchuuriki, remember the only person that were suited for the nine tails were the uzumaki clan, so I highly doubt madara and obito could possibly even become its jinchuuriki, they're simply not suited

The SO6P said that someone will come and teach them the path of love. Naruto is the one, he treated kyuubi differently from how Madara treated it. Naruto will make the Juubi to be friends of other shinobis and the cycle of a peaceful loving shinobi world will start. Even if Naruto dies, the juubi will probably be sealed in another person like Naruto.
