Nagato and Shinra Tensei

Does the 5 second delay apply to Nagato also, or was that just for Pain? I mean the 5 second delay seemed to apply for all of Devas abilities, not just Shinra Tensei but when Nagato fought Killer B and Naruto he used all his powers one after another without any delay. So was it just Deva or does Nagato also have to wait 5 seconds? Was there no delay for Nagato because he was edo or did Kishi just forget about that? I mean if Nagato didn't suffer from that weakness, I dont see why he didn't just spam Shinra Tensei on Itachi, Naruto and Killer B.:erm:

It applies to Nagato as well. It only applies to the Deva Path part of his body though, not all his powers like you're thinking. He can use he other powers as much as he'd like but he has to take a break from Shinra Tensei and Bansho Tennin

Yes it still applies to Nagato as it is part of Deva's restrictions. His other powers don't have a time restriction though.

The delay is proportionate to the chakra consumed. God Realm had a five second delay to use even the weakest Shinra Tensei, but had a significantly longer delay to use the larger versions. It's been stated that Nagato's moves were more effective when performed by his original body rather than his Paths, so most likely the delay would be less to receive the same benefit from Shinra Tensei (the minimum delay would be lower than five seconds, and the maximum delay would be shorter than however long God Realm was out of commission for).

each one of his paths had a draw back, that was just deva's since he didnt have ta divide his power up into 6 bodies he didnt have ta worry about it but as you seen he only got to use the push one time tho

The delay happens to affect the ability Deva path just happens to have. It's not that the delay is on Deva, it is on the ability itself.

I doubt it..if Naruto stated that his powers were way stronger than the paths.It would be a good assumption to say there is no delay when all the powers are in one body.

I could see why Deva would have the delay, because for those five seconds hes completely vulnerable, but it just seems pointless to have it on Nagato because he still has so much more in his arsenal.

Yes, it applies to Nagato as well, nothing ever said that it didn't, its simply an attribute of the jutsu itself.
