The basis of the Reaper death seal is that it intertwines soul of the user and the victim..Once Oro had the zetsu bodies to put the souls in all the souls that were sealed where untangled and took to the bodies..Oro's arms were sealed with Hiruzen's soul so it was released...Minato's soul was released and holds the Yin chakra..Kurama's chakra isnt' a soul it's energy..Look at the chaps

Why I believe that Kurama's Yin chakra was intertwined with Minato when he sealed his soul into the shinigami..He states that the chakra is heavy and gets his body numb.

As u see in the panel before he performed the 8 trigram seal to only transfer the yang chakra his soul and Kurama's Yin chakra were intertwined together meaning that both his soul and Kyuubi chakra are trapped together for eternity..Now since his soul has been released from the Shinigami why would only Minato's soul be released and not Kurama's chakra when they were both intertwined and sealed together?

Many people have been debating and arguing when the facts are clearly in the manga it's not a assumption or theory it's there in the chapters.Thats why i strongly believe what Minato will be giving his son is more then jus a hug, fatherly advice, fighting along side him or whatever theories are thrown out there..Plain and simple Minato has sensed Naruto and Kurama are a team and his son can handle Kurama's full powers and abilities..Hence why the gift is the other half of Kurama's chakra. Then wait till the next chapter comes out and u'll see if i'm right or wrong

I doubt its the Yin Chakra, when the RDS was broken Oro's arms flew straight back to him, the Yin Chakra should do the same thing. Besides the 9 tails was probably split for a reason.

Its probably something else.

Plus by the Yin Chakra argument, the Hokages should still be inside Hiruzen along with Oro's arms.

And I would like to add, that Naruto just got BM, its way too soon for his next power upgrade.

Not really since Kurama's Yin Chakra is just that: Chakra, Hashirama and Tobirama however were real souls that is why Hiruzen could not assimilate them inside himself, because no two or more of the same thing can occupy the same space at the same time.
