How come Naruto Movie Road to Ninja?

Sorry if this is wrong section to be asking this question, i had no idea where to. So,

How come Naruto Movie Road To Ninja, released in July 28 Back in 2012 in Japanese, and then someone even made a dub version of it in Korean, and even put English subtitles to it, but no one could still bother just putting English subtitles on main Japanese voice version which officially released last year?

The Japanese dubbed version has not been released it. The DVD will be released in Japan on the 24th of April.

@Takure.. it can't be possible to bring out a perfect camrip version of it, if they could, they would have done so in japan as well. I think Koreans pay money to release Movie in Korean early.

You're talking to one of the people who English-Subbed it. The reason is that nobody has managed to leak it in Japanese. The penalties are very severe. If someone in Korea managed to leak it, it might simply be a sign that anti-bootlegging practices in Korea aren't as organized.

The Korean dub is quite official, not fanmade, for Korean distribution. So even the person who leaked it probably didn't have access to the Japanese version. The movie is "out" only in the sense that it was released in theaters last summer. There is no Japanese source to sub. When it comes out on DVD later this week, then you will get your Japanese audio. How would that be hard to understand?
