My interpretation is that these panels that you're showing are occuring during Hinata's speech about Bonds. The Rin parallel could come from the fact that Obito's team represented a very large portion of the bonds that he used to have. They were severed through a series of very unfortunate circumstances that he blames the Ninja World for.
Obito was trying to make an argument that everyone changes. But Hinata countered that bonds help to keep you on the same path. Obito claimed he was going to start severing them by killing people one by one, but Hinata said that death doesn't sever them. Hinata's words could be causing him to take in some things that he hadn't considered before, perhaps.
