It's not about who you THINK will join, it's all about who you would LIKE to join regardless of whatever.

I personally would like for Rogue and Yukino to join.

Deidara is spelled incorrectly ;they are from the wrong universe
Rogue = a prick in the future , he is obviously not ever going to join Fairy Tail if he turned out that way

They are from an alternate universe, there are things that happened in their universe but didn't happened in the current one. Like in other universe, lucy and others were in the prison.
