that book"s story about tobi'S is changed, he is obito a change in the manga! also we have seen other uchihas have other powers! we see obito with kamui! and shisui with KA. we never see other uchihas with those moves, you dont see sasuke using kamui! also the susanoo is also diffferent!
LOOK at madara"s susanoo and sasuke and itachi's own! clearly different ones, madara"s susanoo has legs! sasuke susanoo has a bow! we never see that in madara"s nor itachi"s own, even the susanoos are different so please read the manga before standing on something that is clearly months maybe year ago
The very fact that he has Susano'o is proof that he has it. Kishi himself said only those who have awakened both Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi can have Susano'o. You can speculate and argue all you want, but Kishi himself has shot your shit down. You're just flogging a dead horse.
All I see here is a misunderstanding of the Material written in the Databook.
When Susano'o first appeared in the Manga it was Itachi's Susano'o hence the highlights on Totsuka no Tsurugi and Yata no kagami. The Databook says that Only when the user has unlocked both Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, then Susano'o is able to surface. The fact that Sasuke also could not have used Susano'o before showing use of

Its no different from Itachi's Version of Tsukuyomi being called "Nightmare Realm" as it is an advanced form of 'Tsukuyomi'.
Those two things that itachi acquired are for himself only no-one else can unlock them,Kishi himself stated that you must unlock Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi to unlock Susano'o hence why Obito does not have it and he has something better suited for himself.
I had made a similar thread a while back proving that the Databook entry was Itachi specific and as the manga suggest with Double Mangekyo one could awaken the Susanoo, but I was flamed U_U
The reason why I see Ama and Tsuku is required for Susan is not just because of PDG's post, but also Kishimoto's intent of portraying Shintoist's and Japanese Mythological references.
Izanagi gave birth to "three noble children" {Amaterasu(Sun Goddess), Tsukyomi(Moon God), and Susanoo(Storm Summer)}, when he cleanse himself of his sins and pollutants in the underworld of Yomi. Tsukuyomi was born from Izanagi's right eye when he clean it, Amatarasu from the left eye, and Susanoo from the nose. If you look closely, the latter being Susanoo was born after Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. The three children were the results of the last step of purification of Izanagi when he exited Yomi(hell/underworld).

Kishimoto want to portrayed Susanoo, Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi being adjacent together like the three children. How? He does it through the users using all three of those powers together. He made it the fact that Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi are required for Susanoo due to Susanoo being born the latest after the two former. Madara not having Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to me is clearly out of Kishimoto's characteristic of portraying mythological and religious references he has been making. It seems he wanted the way the chart on the bottom right is being showed. That's the reason why I personally think Susanoo requires Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.
Or at least it was never strong enough to even be considered Tsukuyomi.
