Description: The user performs a single handseal, then holds his dominant hand up to his mouth. Almost as if he is about to perform a fireball. This jutsu works similar to wind return jutsu. Just with water jutsu. So the opponentn sends a giant wave of water at you. The user would perform a single handseal, then hold his dominant hand up to his mouth. As the wave gets closer, the user would release a blast of pressurized water from his mouth seperating the wave in two. Causing it to travel around or away from the user.
Note: Can only part/seperate B rank and below water jutsu
Note: Can only be ued twice per battle
Note: This jutu is multi directional, meaning it can be aimed upward , left, right, and downward
Note: Can only be taught by Gecko

perform your'e favorite handseal, then hold your dominat hand up to your mouth as if your'e gonna shoot a fireball. When someone sends a b rank water jutsu at you, release a blast of pressurized water from your'e mouth, splitting the tech in half.

1. yes it can be used on water sources, i should probably add that. But it makes since that it should lol
2. no it cannot, only water jutsus themselves. I don't want anyone getting technical with it.

Discription: The user does the necesery hands seals and thouches any body of water. As that happens under the enemy 8 tentecles form out of water appear. The tenticles can be as large as 50m long and 1m thick or they can be as small as 1m long and 10cm thick.The once the tentecles grab the enemy its very hard to escape. The tentecles dont hurt the enemy a lot(as much as a tight rope) but they are strong enough to hold even large summons.
*There must be a large source of water for this to be used
*The jutsu can only be used by burakyilan and people who learned from him
*The tentecles last only 3 turns
*It can only be used 2 times per battle
*the user cant use any water jutsu on the fallowing 2 turns
*the enemy must be standing on the water the user touched

Not too fast. Fast enough that you can bind any opponent in seconds(summons included) yet not so fast that the naked eye can't track it.
Yep, right under them. Well do you mean like exactly under their feet or more like under the area they're standing on.
Yep, after being used they stay passively active (Lol passively active) for 3 turns.
