her techniques are boring and lame and easily predictable(see's a long range typical ninja)
she has no Elemental or jutsu of any kind compared to the konoha 11
Most of the things that you mentioned are not from the anime.

If you look up a picture of the word "useless" in the dictionary you will see a picture of "Tenten" beside the word.

1. No, she doesn't. Jiraiya carried a scroll with the Toad contract and Hashirama carried a scroll with forbidden ninjutsu.

2. She has pinpoint accuracy but they all get countered...Temari beat her in the Chuunin exams without breaking a sweat.

3. Games are non-canon...not even worth mentioning.

4. Naruto movies are non-canon as well.

5. Tenten isn't that great; if people decide to disregard and talk bad about her, I'd say they're pretty justified to do so.

6. So wait you actually listen to the stuff in FanFiction Manga? You do know that stuff is made by FANS right?

TenTen is not bad at what she does and a ninja overall, she just has bad matchup with everyone. I liked her more in part one but she has potential to be very good i mean noone really knows the depth of her weapon arsenal, heck during the kakuzu edo fight in the war we saw her use a item to deflect the lightning element she could be a very reliable support character.
