I walk away from the training dummy creating about a mid-range distance between us, I turn around and begin to sprint towards the training dummy at blazing speeds, When i approach clone range i brace for impact by tucking my chin into my chest and then i quickly push off of my legs as i stick out my right shoulder sending it into the dummy causing it to fly back.
Downsides of this technique? O_O
