State Dept. Demands Full Recount

The Obama Administration has announced that they won’t accept the results of Venezuela’s weekend election, in which President-elect Nicolas Maduro narrowly defeated pro-US candidate Henrique Capriles.

The US State Department says that they want a “full recount” and say it was unacceptable for the National Election Council to certify the result before granting the US the recount it wants.

An anonymous US official conceded that no recount was likely, but said that the US was pretty much obliged to complain about the result so long as Capriles wants a recount.

Capriles has refused to concede defeat and has called public protests. Seven people have been killed in violence related to the protests, and Maduro says he holds the US responsible, believing the US embassy has funded the incidents.

So, with Chavez out of the way, the interventionist state up north driven by imperialism tries to meddle again ;p

Yeah I would've thought the same as you guys if it were not for the fact that those elections were scammed as f***. I actually have to agree with the U.S here.

True that, the elections were already a mess but that doesn't give U.S. the right to intervene. In any way.

Name any country that demanded a recount as the frauds in U.S. made Ron Paul lose by manipulating the media and fraudulent vote countings.

At least one country is willing to do something about that messed up stuff there. Venezuela seriously needs a different leader, it's for the bestwill of their people.

Do you really think U.S.'s purpose in meddling is to benefit the wellbeing of the people? That's very naive.
I didn't use the word 'imperialism' for nothing 0_0
Chavez used his oil to create less difference in wealth, domestically. Refusing to let american oil companies buy Venezuelan oil up for a dime, they started to intervene. No sh1t Chavez was good mates with the president of Iran.

This is history repeating itself.

Decades ago U.S. tried to mingle with the governmental issues, economy etc.. of Venezuela. And they've succeeded..
But since Chavez' reign, US lost their influences.. That's why US dyed him as the black sheep. By any means, they wanted to get rid of him and resorted to every possible option. In the end, Chavez won. Those bastards even used the CIA and other mercenary groups to do its dirty work. And you can guess why they want a pro-US candidate to be elected :| :|

(my sincere apologies for any grammar/vocabulair mistakes) :)

Well said. Let me add that this seems like the same sort of approach they pulled off at Syria, Libiya, Iran, etc. Especially Libiya.

This ^^^^^ says it all. And Venezuela isn't the only country. Look at its neighbors. Same thing, over and over again..

- I would say, Syria is a different case.
- About Libiya, I'm not sure.. I'm not that well informed. But I wouldn't mind if you hit the reply and tell my your thoughts.
- Iran, same thing.

In short, Muammar was trying to unify all african nations with a gold currency. The Federal Reserve Bank already mentioned they don't own any gold and the u.s. dollar itself, not being worth anything, wouldn't be able to compete. That african union would dominate the global economy with their currency. That's one of the reasons they annihilated him after sending Al Qaeda mercenaries disguised as libyan-rebels on his ass.

Dear God, I'm glad I stumbled onto you. For the fact that you even mentioned that the F.R.B. had something to do with it, I was already convinced that you KNOW what you are talking about. ( Can you tell me your sources about Libiya etc..? :D )

Anyways, doesn't it remind you of proxy warfare?

What's your thought about Syria? I'm interested! *_*
