if possible i want two power first regenerate and time travel regenerate i can heal people or myself time travel so i can see past and future if anything danger happen in the future i will many sure that it doesnt happen

I'd go with telepathy. Move stuff just by thinking. Know exactly what to say so I can get laid. Know exactly when someone's lying to me. Cheat on board games. By far the most useful power ever.

telepathy is exchanging thoughts. Not moving stuff, that's telekinesis

How does immobilizing someone seem dangerous? and what's fun is you can selectivly choose what body part to unfreeze.. Hehehe... If you know what I mean.
