Amaterasu is the most OP technique in all of Naruto. Had Madara used it, Hashirama would have lost.

You can still block it (gaara did it with sand), dodge it (minato, naruto, bee, ay), and absorb it (it's chakra)

If Sasuke gets amaterasu on Hashirama, of course it's over. The same if Itachi gets him with Tsukuyomi, Kakashi with Kamui (obito's is different), or even if he inhales Deidara's c4 for that matter he is still most likely dead. Especially at part 2 there is a big amount of insta-KO moves, if someone manages to win a fight using one of them that doesn't mean he is generally stronger.

A(Raikage) was never hit by Amaterasu.he attack sasuke susanoo when when it was cover in the black flames.And there are far more overpowering jutsu in the naruto universe than amaterasu.at least there a good number of shinobi that can dodge it.what about shinra tensei, or madara's meteor summon jutsu.Hashirama thousand arm wood buddha that towers above a susanoo cover nine tails and created a valley with it's might.those are overpowering jutsus.
