Vasu 32, you negatively repped me because I proved your comment wrong. Next time check your facts before you post and that won't happen

not the type of flashbacks we see in the middle of fights or flash backs we have seen a thousand times.
So your expecting everyone to be equal in power???

No thats not what im saying at all but no ninja should have the power to level mountains, bring down meteors, change entire terrains, or lastly throw dbz levell attacks

Their is only a select few man who can do all that, Hashirama, madara, naruto, sasuke, obito,
i can name only like 15 or so that are OP the rest are just normal ninja's
its expected in every anime to have OP characters (DBZ,FT,OP,Fist of the north star,Bleach)

Yeah I don't power ups but not the dbz kind. Kishi screwed himself by the way he made the akatsuki. If he had left the different teams fight them and not them give such tremendous power, the series would be way better at this point

Regardless 5 is too high

and 15 op characters is too high aswell

Op characters ruin character development

I wonder if people would be happy with just ninja tactics and no Overpowered moves...

Yes, tactics are great but if Naruto would've stayed the same as Part 1, people would've thought that it was lame compared to other overpowered mangas like OP, Fairytail, DBZ and bleach...

Naruto was going to become OP no matter what. He had a tailed beast inside of him and he was eventually going to learn how to control Kurama.
Plus they are still using tactics in shippuden. They did it to trap the Juubi, they did it to stop the Edos, to hit Obito and now to disconnect Madara and Obito from the Juubi...

People stay focused on what is happening recently in the manga and forget that a few chapters ago, they did use tactics. It's just that they are facing very strong opponents...

Yes Part 1 focused on other characters, but it was because they were being introduced and people had to know their story. Shippuden is mostly focused on Naruto and Sasuke's story paralleling Hashirama's and Madara's. Also about the SO6P....

No its not high at all and when i mean the 15 OP characters i mean the guys that are actually powerful and not just a kunai throwing ninja who dies in the end.
They can't just develop every character they have to develop the ones that mean the most for the overall story line.
Naruto, Sasuke, Hinata, Kakashi,Orochimar Even sakura's strength has developed since part 1.
their is no point on developing character that have no impact on the story it just wastes time and gets boring to see.

The same with pirates, wizards, martial artists (that can blow up planets) or shinigami's....

Just face it. Every manga exaggerates. But that's what makes it entertaining. You can't compare Naruto to real life ninjas. It would be boring...

You must be kidding right?

Go check out Garaa vs the Mizukage...
He used strategy to trap and defeat him.

Gokage vs Madara, they also used strategy against him.

Kakashi and his team in the war vs Zabuza. They used a strategy to trap him.

Kakashi, Gai, Naruto and Bee vs Obito. They used strategy to hit him.

The alliance vs Juubi. They also used strategy that Shikaku came up with.

Sasuke and Itachi against Kabuto

Bleach isnt as bad but DBZ the onlything that are op besides goku are the villains

actually only a select few drastically over power characters. alot of them used to actually just have 1 maybe 2 but the fact that naruto's top 10 most of which are god level that kinda makes it boring itself

are you kidding me all those fights all had the same goal aswell they all used the same strategy asside from the juubi anyway which as of right now is the only wildcard and the kabuto fight used a haxed jutsu to win too not to mention every fight involved op characters that granted could be seen as "fair" are still reaching uber level

That goal applies to every fight... Defeat your enemy.

I agree with Izanami, but before he used it they did use some strategy.

EDIT: So your dissapointed in how the enemies were defeated?

This war could of made Naruto even better or just plain shit. There was a fine line between the two. We should be seeing a variety of jutsu's that we haven't even heard of in this war from the shinobis. All we have seen is Naruto's clones on diff battlefronts spamming Rasengan and win...

The edo could of made the war better. Like Hanzo...He defeated the 3 sannins yet he loses to a samurai?...Most of the edo's were so hyped by Kishi yet they were defeated quickly...eg the edo Kages, 7 swordsmen of the mist, Kinkaku & Ginkaku (who nearly killed Tobirama)...

Then there's Madara...probably the most versatile shinobi in Naruto, who should know a bunch of cool Jutsu's. Yet right now we are seeing him commentate on the battle...

Kishi has ruined the war imo. Thus slowing ruining Naruto

I understand where the TC is coming from, but I still think the war arc is the best arc. I especially like how in the anime they show many of the smaller skirmishes (7 swordsmen, gari f.i.) that were only hinted at in the manga.

It's true that Naruto was a clumsy goofball in part 1, who most of the time didn't manage to do much, and now he is (mostly) serious uberpowerful fighter. But we knew from the start that it will eventually go that way, with the Ninetails extreme potential that was hinted at from the very beginning. And it's down to the final battles now.

the few real disappointments i have is that Naruto's and sasukes power ups makes most of the characters look like genin in comparison

Thing is...in this war it seems like the good have been winning everytime. And now it's getting repetitive...

All the EDO's lost...We have never seen a bad guy killing a known person...just not some random fodder.

This is a war. Yet there haven't been many deaths in main + recurring characters...This could of been awesome if we seen something more like Couple of K11 deaths. alot of the recurring characters deaths. People sacrificing themselves to save a larger group from powerful EDO's. 1v10 suicide match against high ranked shinobis, more skillful fighting.

We have only seen 1 death...thats it in a ****ing war? This arc should be filled with emotion, yet i don't think we have seen enough. In this war no-one should be safe. Yet it feels like the main characters are safe without a doubt.

We should be seeing alot more deaths...eg - Kakashi fighting alone against a group of EDO to save his squad. With gai coming and helping and then the two could do some skillful combos.

Kiba or Shino doing a suicide match. Obito + Madara killing some of the K11. Juubi killing/seriously injuring some recurring characters while protecting Naruto... (Bee?) Kakashi + Gai vs Madara and both dying there. Lee getting angry and fights madara with all 8 gates open and eventually dies.

They didn't do it to stop the edos. Itachi pulled an op jutsu out of nowhere on Kabuto
